Henderson Community Park | Vulture Ridge

Henderson Hill is home to some of the island's most rewarding hikes. The Vulture Ridge Viewpoint Trail (1.1 km, difficult) climbs to the summit ridge with sweeping views over Plumper Sound, while the Don Herbert Memorial Trail (268 m) offers a gentler route up. Henderson Park also features an Interpretive Nature Trail built by the Mayne Island Conservancy, and the park is part of an ongoing ecological restoration program. Start about 200 m beyond the cul-de-sac at the end of Beechwood Drive.
